Alex has experienced firsthand the powerful transformation that a regular yoga practice can achieve. Through his journey, he has witnessed the profound effects of yoga on both body and mind, enhancing his strength, range of motion, and overall mental well-being.

 

Our dedicated yogi discovered yoga in his early 20's while seeking mental health support. After shifting his focus to a fast-paced career in media, he found some balance by spending weekends pursuing outdoor adventures like surfing, mountain biking, and hiking.

It was the realization of the impact a sedentary lifestyle had on his well-being that prompted him to rediscover yoga. Now, he has fully embraced this practice, finding both physical and mental benefits that enhance his daily life. Yoga has become an essential part of his routine, helping him achieve balance and vitality.

Extensively trained in various styles of yoga, such as Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Self Myofascial Release, Meditation, Himalayan Breathwork, and Kriya Yoga. Alex is dedicated to sharing his experiences through a holistic approach to wellness.
